Empty 40ml felt pen, frequently used to apply products from the LIP Antifriction Coatings range.
There are four parts to the 40ml pen that assemble easily (see video) including a small marble that is recommended to assist agitation of a product contained within (when filled). The parts for each pen arrive together in a clear plastic clip seal back.
